Fully-furnished apartments, newly redecorated interior designs and our excellent service will surely make your stay in Rio relaxing and convenient.

We advise you to make reservations ahead of time to secure the apartments at the date and time of your choice.

For reservations:

• Clients will be required to give a down payment of 50% of the total rent of the apartment of their choice.
• Down payments can be made through PayPal and through major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept payments through EU bank transfer through SWIFT.

• When the client arrive at the apartment, will need to be paid the balance of 50% in Brazilian Reals (BRL). We also accept American Dollars (USD) or European Euro (EUR), the exchange rate is described below. The rate will be based on the Central Bank of Brasil official exchange rate of the day when payment of the rent is given.
• The client must leave a deposit as security for debts that may exist in relation to the rental, it will be refunded on last day/check-out. The value of the deposit varies depending on the chosen apartment.

Exchange Rates
You may see information in the newspaper or on the TV  or Internet about the exchange rate, which fluctuates daily. The rate generally quoted is the commercial rate, or Dolar Comercial in Portuguese. The rate offered to tourists is not as good and is called the Dolar Turismo, which the exchange offices uses. You can get the latest rates from the Central Bank (Banco do Brasil) website.  You want the rate at which a tourist can buy Reals, or Turismo Compra.
